CONTROL AND RESTRICTION OF THE PROPAGATION OF NON - ISLAMIC RELIGIONS ENACTMENT 1989

PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title, commencement and application

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Control and Restriction of the Propagation of Non - Islamic Religions Enactment 1989 and shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Ruler by notification in the Gazette.

(2) This Enactment shall apply to the State of Pahang.
