PART XVIII - TRIALS
Section 122. Note of evidence.
The Court shall take in Bahasa Malaysia a note of the evidence given and, so far as appears desirable, of the submissions of law made, including any objections to evidence, and may add remarks on the demeanour of witnesses and other material matters. The Court, unless it delivers a written judgment, shall also make a note of the judgement or order.
