PART VI - MISCELLANEOUS

Section 24. Majlis may direct prosecution

(1) The Majlis may direct any prosecution for any offence under this Enactment or any rules made there under.

(2) The Registrar, Deputy Registrar or a police officer not below the rank of an Inspector or any other person as authorised in writing by the Majlis may conduct any such prosecution.
