PART X - GENERAL

Section 108. Enactment No. 11/65 repealed.

Part I, II, IV, V, VIII, X and sections 43 to 52, 54, 59, 66 and 72 in Part III of the 1965 Enactment, shall on commencement of this Enactment be repealed and shall cease to apply to the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
