PART XXVI - INTERPLEADER
Section 194. Hearing.
On the hearing the Court may make such order for the consolidation and futher conduct of all relevant proceedings as may be just, and may in particular make an order that the applicant, on paying any money into Court, or dealing with the property in issue as the Court may order, may be dismissed from the proceedings and that his costs may be paid out of the money or property in issue or in such other manner as the Court may direct, or it may determine all the matters in question in a summary manner.
