(1) Subject to section 4, every wakaf shall as soon as practicable be registered under the name of Majlis in any form or manner as determined by the Majlis.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions under subsection (1), any wakaf which has not been registered and endorsed under the name of Majlis, may be registered by statutory vesting in accordance with any written law in force.
(3) Any property that has been registered as wakaf shall be stated as “Wakaf Am” or “Wakaf Khas” in any document of title or notifications in the Gazette published by the State Authority.
