Section 119. When witnesses need to be examine.

When the witnesses had given all their evidence the Judge shall ask the witnesses to ensure that the evidence of the witnesses are true.

Explanation - If the Judge said the witnesses are telling lies or the witnesses are adil but they have made mistake in their evidence or had forgotten the facts or he said the witnesses are adil but he denied the accusation, the Judge shall make no decision but shall foremost make sure that the witnesses are adil or other wise through open examination in the Court or secretly.
