PART VII - SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS CHAPTER 28 - OF IRREGULARITIES IN PROCEEDINGS
Section 203. Irregularities not to vitiate proceedings.
Subject to the provisions contained in this Chapter, no finding, sentence or order recorded, passed or made by a Court of competent jurisdiction shall be reversed or altered on account-
(a) of any error, omission or irregularity in the complaint, summons, warrant, charge, judgment or other proceedings before or during the trial under this Code; or
(b) of the want of any sanction or consent required by law; or
(c) of the improper admission or rejection of any evidence, unless such error, omission, improper admission or rejection of evidence, irregularity or lack of sanction or consent has occasioned a failure of justice.
