(1) All regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notifications, notices, forms and authorisation letters issued or made under or by virtue of the powers of the Administration Enactment shall, on the commencement of this Enactment, remain in force, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Enactment, until revoked or replaced by regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notification, notices, forms or authorisation letters issued or made under this Enactment.
(2) Any officers and persons appointed under the Administration Enactment holding office before the commencement of this Enactment shall, on the commencement of this Enactment, continue to hold office under this Enactment until their term of appointments expire or they resign or their appointments are revoked in accordance with this Enactment and shall have the same powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, duties and obligations as if they had been appointed under this Enactment.
(3) Every act or thing done, taken or commenced by the officers and persons referred to subsection (2) before the coming into operation of this Enactment shall, on the coming into operation of this Enactment, be deemed to have been done, taken or instituted under this Enactment.
