Section 86. Guardian may not give certificate of settlement regarding capital asset etc.

A guardian of the property of a child appointed by Court shall not, unless the Court otherwise orders in any given case, duly give a certificate of settlement of any legacy or other capital asset payable to or may be inherited by the child.
