Section 204. False doctrine.

(1) Whoever teaches or expounds to any person, or distributes in any place, any teaching, or performs any ceremony or act, which is contrary to Hukum Syara' commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three years or with both.

(2) The Court shall order any document or voice recording or any other record containing any teaching which is the subject of an offence under subsection (1) to be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the Court thinks fit.
