Section 5. Indecent words
(1) Any person who wilfully commits in a public place any act or behaves in an indecent manner which is contrary to Hukum Syarak shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(2) Any male person who in any place found making love with any female person other than his spouse shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(3) Any female person who in any place found making love with any male person other than her spouse shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
