PART IX - PAYMENT INTO AND OUT OF COURT
Section 73. Payment out of Court.
Subject to sections 26 and 78, where the payment into Court is of the amount claimed or the plaintiff elects to take it in satisfaction of the whole of his claim, the amount shall be paid out to him, and he may obtain judgement for all costs actually incurred prior to his receiving notice of the payment into Court, and costs of entering judgement for such costs, unless without order.
