Section 140. Matters covered by order.

The commission, fees and expenses, and solicitor's costs, of execution shall be leviable in addition to the judgment debt. Such solicitors's costs shall, unless the Court otherwise directs, be assessed at five per centum of the amount of the judgment debt.
