PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 104. Desertion of wife.
Where any husband who has ceased to cohabit with his wife in the manner required by the Hukum Syarak and having been ordered by the Court to resume cohabitation with her, wilfully fails or neglects to comply with such order he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
