Section 146. Funds in Court.

Money, invested funds or other property, the property of a judgment debtor, in the Court which gave the judgment may, if an order for execution has been made, be applied by leave of the Count towards satisfaction of the judgment debt. Property other than money may for such purpose be ordered to be sold.
