Section 42. Appointment of Syariah Subordinate Courts Judges.

(1) Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may, on the recommendation of the Chief Syariah Judge, appoint Syariah Subordinate Courts Judges from among members of the Public Service.

(2) All appointments under subsection (1) shall be notified in the Gazette.
