PART III - BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

Section 5. Board of Management

(1) Before an Islamic School is allowed to be registered under this Enactment there shall be an instrument which shall establish a Board of Management for the School.

(2) Every such Board shall consist of at least seven persons who shall hold such positions as may be necessary for any particular Islamic School and have such powers and duties as shall be prescribed by the instrument.
