PART III- SYAR'IAH COURTS

Section 29. Constitution of Courts.

(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan may, by notification in the Gazette, constitute a Syar'iah Appeal Court and a Syar'iah High Court for the State, which shall be at Kuala Terengganu.

(2) His Royal Highness the Sultan may, by notification in the Gazette, constitute Syar'iah Subordinate Courts at such places as he thinks fit and may prescribe the local limits of jurisdiction of such Courts.
