ENACTMENT NO. 7 OF 2006 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ENACTMENT 2006
PART X - GENERAL
Section 136. Repeal
(l) The Islamic Family Law Enactment 1991 [Ps.En. 4/1992]is hereby repealed:
Provided that all proceedings instituted under the Enactment which is hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
(2) The repeal shall not affect the prevoius operation of the repealed Enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred thereunder.
