Section 18. Secrecy.

A member or servant of the Majlis shall not disclose or divulge to any person, other than His Royal Highness the Sultan or the Menteri Besar or any member of the Majlis, any matter arising during the meetings of the Majlis except as otherwise decided by the Majlis.
