CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL


Section 7. Mode of beginning proceedings.

(1) Subject to subsection (2) or any other written law, every proceedings in Court shall be begun by summons.

(2) All proceedings in respect of any of the matters specified in the Second Schedule shall be begun by application.
