Section 105. Declaring a person to be mother or father.
If a person declares another person as his father or mother, the declaration, if approved or confirmed by the person declared whether during his lifetime or after his death, will give rise to a valid family and on condition considering the age of the declarant and the age of the person so declared it is reasonable that the person declared is the mother or father of the declarant.
