Wakaf, Nazr and Trusts


Section 92. Income from wakaf and nazr.

(1) The income received by the Majlis from a wakaf khas shall be applied by it in accordance with the lawful provisions of such wakaf khas.

(2) The income of every wakaf khas and of every nazr 'am shall be paid into and form part of the Baitulmal.
