SYARIAH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2002

PART VIII - GENERAL


Section 231. Repeal.


(1) The Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 1986 [Enactment No. 2 of 1986] is repealed.


(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that it causes no injustice.
