PART XVIII - ENFORCEMENT AND EXECUTION CHAPTER 2 - ENFORCEMENT
Section 150. Enforcement of judgment for delivery of moveable property.
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Enactment, a judgment or order for the delivery of any moveable property which does not give a person against whom the judgment is given or order made the alternative of paying the assessed value of the property, may be enforced by one or more of the following means:
(a) an order of delivery to recover the property without alternative provision for recovery of the assessed value thereof (hereinafter referred to as an "order of specific delivery");
(b) in a case in which section 151 applies, an order of com"mittal.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Enactment, a judgment or order for delivery of any moveable property or payment of their assessed value may be enforced by one or more of the following means:
(a) an order of delivery to recover the property or its assessed value;
(b) in a case in which section 151 applies, an order of committal.
(3) An order of specific delivery, and an order of delivery to recover any moveable property or its assessed value, may include provisions for enforcing the payment of any money adjudged or ordered to be paid by the judgment or order which is to be enforced by the order.
(4) A judgment or order for the payment of the assessed value of any moveable property, may be enforced by the same means as any other judgment or order for the payment of money.
