Section 67. Religious Enforcement Officers.

The Majlis may appoint from amongst the members of the general public service of the Federation or the joint service a Chief Religious Enforcement Officer and Religious Enforcement Officers to carry out the investigation of offences under this Enactment or under any other written law which prescribes offences against the precepts of the religion of Islam.
