PART VI - PERSONS WHO CONVERT TO THE RELIGION OF ISLAM

Section 182. Reporting persons who convert to the Religion of Islam.

(1) Any person effecting the conversion of a person to Islam shall forthwith report the matter to the Qadi with all particulars relating thereto.

(2) The Qadi shall issue to any person who has converted to the Religion of Islam a Certificate of Conversion to Islam in the prescribed form.
