Section 270. Preparation of document.

An officer of a Court may in his discretion, and shall if so directed by the Court or the Registrar, assist a party who has no solicitor in the preparation of any document to be filed in Court or used in connection with any proceedings. No fee, remuneration a gratuity of any kind shall be taken for any such assistant.
