PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 106. Neglect of child.
Any person who neglects to look after his child or a child under his care in accordance with the Hukum Syarak shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four months or both.
