PART II - EFFECT OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Section 4. Non-compliance.

Non-compliance with any provisions of this Enactment shall not render the proceedings void unless the Court shall so order, but the Court may -

(a) on its own motion; or

(b) on the application of any party,

set aside any proceedings wholly or in part, or order any amendment on such terms as may be just.
