Section 85. List of trust property.

As soon as possible after 31st day of December in every year the Majlis shall prepare, issue and publish in the Gazette a list of all properties, investments and assets vested in the Majlis subject to any trust, wakaf or nazar. Such list shall be audited and certified by the Auditor-General.
