PART XVIII - ENFORCEMENT AND EXECUTION CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL
Section 147. Duty to comply.
(1) Every person'directed by any judgment to do any act or abstain from doing any act shall comply therewith, and it shall not be necessary to serve him therewith or with any notice thereof save as provided in subsection 136 (3).
(2) A judgment debtor shall from time to time inform the Court of his latest address of residence and failure to comply with the requirement of this subsection shall be deemed to be a contempt of Court.
