PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 125. Apostgacy to annul marriage.
Any person who dislikes his or her spouse and by deception makes himself or herself an apostate in order to annul his or her marriage commits an offence and shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment not exceeding six months.
