Section 84. Bank accounts.

(1) The Majlis may operate such account or accounts as it may deem proper with any bank which is suitable.

(2) Payments by MajIis of amounts exceeding five hundred ringgit shall be made by cheques.

(3) All moneys received by or for the Majlis shall be paid into a bank account of the MajIis in the manner provided in the Financial Procedure of the Majlis.

(4) Cheques drawn on any bank account of the Majlis shall be signed by the Chairman or by any member or officer of the Majlis or any other officer authorized by the Chairman.
