Section 98. False oath, etc., for procuring marriage.

Any person who for the purpose of procuring any marriage under this Enactment intentionally makes any false declaratIon or sIgns any false document or certificate required by this Enactment shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
