ADMINISTRATION OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2002

PART I - PRELIMINARY


Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of the Religion of Islam (State of Malacca) Enactment 2002.


(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.


(3) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts of this Enactment.
