Section 28. Secrecy.
The proceedings of the Majlis shall be kept secret and no member or servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person, other than Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, the Menteri Besar and any member of the Majlis, any matter that has arisen at any meeting unless he is expressly authorized by the Majlis.
