Section 52. Cases in which secondary evidence relating to documents may be given

Secondary evidence may be given of the existence, condition or contents of a document admissible in evidence in the following cases-
In the cases of (a), (c), land (d) any secondary evidence of the contents of the document is admissible.

In the case of (b), a written admission before a Judge or Commissioner for oaths who is a Muslim is admissible.

In the case of (e) or (f) only a certified copy of that document is admissible.

In the case of (g) evidence may be given as to the general result of the document by any person who has examined them and who is skilled in the examination of such documents.
