Section 37. Opinion as to usages, tenets, etc. when relevant.

When the Court has to form an opinion as to -

(a) the usages and tenets of a body of men or family;

(b) the constitution and management of a religious or charitable foundation; or

the opinion of person having special means of knowledge thereon are relevant facts.
