PART XVIII - ENFORCEMENT AND EXECUTION CHAPTER 3 - EXECUTION
Section 171. Direction as to performance of bailiff's duty.
(1) The Court may on its own motion or on the application of any party or person interested, give any directions to the bailiff concerning the performance of his duties as may be considered necessary.
(2) The Court may issue a summon to appear and exemine any person who can give information regarding any execution.
