(2) Except in the case of proceedings in Chambers, the trial Judge shall, subject to subsection (3), pronounce his judgment in open Court.
(3) If for some reasons the trial Judge is unable to pronounce his judgment in open Court, such judgment may be read by any other Judge or by the Registrar.
