PART VIII - CHIEF REGISTRAR OF WAKAF AND REGISTRAR OF WAKAF
Section 33. Right of access
The Chief Registrar of Wakaf or Registrar of Wakaf or any representative authorised by the Majlis shall at all reasonable time, have the free access to enter all lands, buildings or premises vested as wakaf to the Majlis, for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Enactment or any regulations made thereunder.
