PART XXXII - CONTEMPT OF COURT

Section 238. Contempt by corporation.

If a corporation is guilty of contempt of Court, the Court may treat as guilty thereof, and punish accordingly, any officer of the one corporation who caused or wilfully permitted or contributed to the contempt of Court.
