Section 55. Admission as to writing, signature or seal

(1) An admission as wriiting, signature or seal shall be admissible as an admission of the person who wrote or execute such document.

(2) An admission through a document which is written or caused to be written by a person under his signature or seal and handed over to a third party shall be admissible as an iqrar.
