SYARIAH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ENACTMENT 2006

PART VIII - GENERAL


Section 231. Repeal

(1) Criminal Procedure in the Syarak Enactment 1991 [Ps. En.7/1993] is repealed.

(2) Where any case or matter before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that is causes no injustice.
