Section 89. Evidence of husband, wife, paremts and children as witnesses.
(1) Evidence of a husband against his wife and of a wife against her husband are admissible as syahadah and baiyinah. Evidence of a husband for his wife and of a wife for her husband are admissible as baiyinah.
(2) Evidence of a child against his parents and of a parent against his child are admissible as syalzadah and baiyinalz. Evidence of a parent for his child and of a child for his parent are admissible as baiyinah.
