PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 110. Divorce outside Court and without approval of Court.
A male person who divorces his wife by pronouncing talak in whatever form outside the Kadi's Court and without it's approval is guilty of an offence under this Enactment and may on conviction be liable to an imprisonment not exceeding two months or to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or both.
