(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provisions under this Enactment which is inconsistent with the Hukum Syarak shall be invalid to the extent of its inconsistency and the Hukum Syarak shall apply.
(2) In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided for in this Enactment, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
