CHAPTER 2 - OF ARREST. ESCAPE AND RE-ARREST


Section 14. No unnecessary restraint and mode of searching a person

(I) The person arrested shall not be subjected to more restraint than is necessary to prevent his escape.

(2) Whenever it is necessary to cause a person to be searched, the search shall be made by a person of the same sex with strict regard to decency.
